Qualifications
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
•At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service and Sales.
•Superior ability to build relationships and promote an environment focused on team development and continuous improvement.
•Lead by example when speaking to internal and external customers.
•Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
•Strong process flow management skills.
•Program planning and implementation skills
•Excellent computer skills - Word, Excel & use of the Internet.
•Experience in data and performance reporting
•Potential to take more senior leadership position as vacancies arise
•Ability to facilitate and lead change to mirror corporate evolution
•Must have excellent English communication skills both spoken and written
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, aggressive growth environment.
•Must be able to pay strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Must have excellent organizational skills
•Must be able to work independently
•Must be a team player
•Must be comfortable working in the night shift
